How to get more Production with fewer resources.

Hi, I am here today to talk about making your team more productive with the same resources or fewer. The ideal office will have the same size computers with the same suite of applications installed. This way they can save their files in the same format; this will cut down on having to convert each other's file before the file can be worked on. I would also recommend that the office have a business class server running Active Directory, redirection of the My Documents folders, And SharePoint services. This will allow for a tighter security on the files and folders, all the user files can be backed up faster and more securely, and the critical company files can be accessed easier and the user of the files can be notified when one is changed.


With every one using Microsoft Office 2007 Pro and Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager and the company running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 or 2010 the company marketing team can use MS Word and Business Contact Manager to do mail and email marketing . Now once your organization grows to a certain size you will probably want to change to a CRM application.

Accounting can set up clients to receive Invoices by e-mail and have the client direct deposit the payment straight into your company bank account. Talking about productivity, plus were increasing cash flow at the same time. Think about it, you’re not only increasing cash flow, your giving your client an idea on how to save another couple hundred bucks a year, by not having to spend that money on checks every year. Not only that, but you can take advantage of it too by paying your debtors by direct deposit also. Now think about all the trees you’re saving by not using all that paper and envelopes, wow I almost forgot about stamps. Yes I know there is also the money you saved by not buying all that paper and envelopes.

Now we need to talk about the accounting program. Your accounting department is maybe 4, 5, or more people in size and working on different computers and they will need to be saving their files or work to a centralized server. This will allow for back-ups of the accounting program to be made at regular intervals along with the rest of the information on the server. You will also need to think about having a copy of your back-up saved off site in case of a disaster with a company who can set you up with a virtual server and have running in a few hours, this could be the difference between life and death of you organization.

Join me this coming election and vote out the incumbents and deliver the message that we are weary of the way they are leading the United States of America down the road of destruction. Let them know that We the People, Of the People, For the People are taking or government back. That we will no longer tolerate the abuse of powers, which has been going on for decades. Let them know that we are tired of the greed, immoral, and unlawful practices they are conducting while representing us (The People).

I know there are probable a few good men in congress and I hope they will rise up and show their support for our cause.
